Coachman's Dinner Menu 

The dining room at Coachman's Golf Resort prides itself on serving gourmet specialties in an English country inn setting. Even with a nationally acclaimed wine list, you won't find a single vintage that overshadows our chef Bryan Keiser's culinary creations. Prices are quite reasonable and the food is prepared with the finest quality, and the freshest ingredients. In the beginning, you may have come for the golf, but you'll stay for the food! 

Appetizers

Portabella Fries 6

Plump slices of portabella crusted with Parmesan-Reggiano, seasoned breadcrumbs, and fried to a golden brown.


Spinach Dip 5

Spinach, artichoke hearts, and cheddar cheese topped with parmesan-Reggiano and diced roma tomatoes.


Stuffed Mushrooms 7

Fresh mushrooms stuffed full with a seafood mix, topped with a rich hollandaise and then broiled.


Escargot 8

Jumbo shrimp topped with escargot, garlic breadcrumbs, bleu cheese and butter.


Bruschetta 6

Diced tomato, garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil alongside garlic toasted sourdough.


Crab Cakes 8

Two four ounce handmade crab cakes, red pepper puree, fresh greens.



 


Soup and Salad


Caesar 8

Fresh crisp romaine crowns in an anchovy based Caesar dressing, seasoned croutons and Parmesan-Reggiano.


Coachman's Salad 8

Assorted baby greens, toasted walnuts, tart apple slices, grapes, and goad cheese drizzled with shallot vinaigrette.


Baked French Onion 3

Caramelized onions in a rich chicken and veal broth, seasoned croutons, Swiss and Parmesan-Reggiano.


 


Add sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions or blue cheese to any dinner entrée for an additional $3

Only the finest tenderloin of beef, char grilled to your preference and served with your choice of starch, seasonal vegetable and blueberry demi.


Skirt Steak 17

Balsamic-ancho marinated and char grilled, your choice of starch and seasonal vegetable


Sirloin 18

10 ounce face cut sirloin steak char grilled, topped with a honey ginger butter, your choice of starch and seasonal vegetable.


Manhattan 24

Horseradish-mustard rubbed Manhattan cut strip loin char grilled, your choice of starch and seasonal vegetable.


Veal Chop 22

Roasted veal chop topped with a sun-dried tomato pesto, spinach risotto and seasonal vegetable.


Pork Chop 20

Apple and Dijon marinated semi boneless pork chop char grilled, your choice of starch and seasonal vegetable.


Tofu 14

Stuffed with roasted bell peppers, manchego cheese, asparagus, spinach and wild mushrooms then char grilled and served with wild rice.


Ahi Tuna 19

Sushi grade tuna char grilled drizzled with an ancho-mango vinaigrette, spinach risotto and seasonal vegetable.

Beer battered or marinated in our balsamic Dijon vinaigrette and char grilled, choice of starch, seasonal vegetable, home made cocktail sauce.
